Going Back to Work?

Chuzzle, you take so little of it I don't think it is going to be a problem. I'm sorry your being forced back into the work force. They are looking for drug abuse and your far from abusing it. Don't eat anything with poppy seeds in it before a drug test or it will show up as (I can't remember).

 

Good luck in finding a job but I really wish you didn't have to.

Thanks for the info... I have prayed to the One Who opens doors. I can't see another way. All I can do is put it in His hands and put one foot in front of the other. Can't even talk right now. There is so much going on. I'm going to take my daughter for a dye test today and then her surgery is tomorrow. Thanks for being there.

I'm sorry you have to go back to work in your condition. Times are tough these days. I wonder if everything will ever get back to how it was a year ago, but I doubt it.

Anyways, about your question. Xanax is a controlled substance, therefore it will show up in your system, no matter how little you take. What usually happens is the doctor performing the test will call you and ask you if you took that and then will want a prescription. Either the bottle with your name and info on it, or something from the doc stating that you take it. You don't have to go into details about why you take. They usually give you 3 days after that to get your information into their office. If after 3 days you fail to comply then you will have officially failed your drug test. They are looking for narcotics/controlled substance, not blood pressure or tylenol, or that sort of thing.

I believe that when we take an action that we feel that is necessary for our family's well being, God has helped us understand the need to act and will make sure that all we need to be successful. He will se you through this. I don't know who said this, and I am sure I am not getting it exactly right, but its something like this- 'whenever we get to the end of all we know, one of two things will happen: we will either be given more room to stand, or we will be taught to fly'. I will be thinking and praying for you, your daughter and your fami9ly. Let us know how she is after surgery.

Darlin I am so glad things are looking up...or more exactly doors are opening..Have you heard of Angel Food Ministries ? It is a low cost food program without any rules or any hoops to jump thru..I have been on it about a year now and bless their existence every day. They have a basic menu for $30.00 and usually 2-4 monthly specials for about $20.00. Just Google the name and go to their web site for more information and to find your closest host site. Hubby and I eat for right at 3 weeks cuz I split everything down and make leftover soup..yall have heard of dump cake..well its dump it in the pot and enjoy around here. It sure helps out with the cost of meds for the both of us and gas..and I work a full AND a part time job because he was disabled, now on Medicare and my health insurance, which is really bad. Check it out..it will help I promise.
