The joys of a "Bed Buddy" .........

So many thanks to all who spoke about the pain relief of a
*bed buddy*.
I bought the back one this weekend and have been using it
not only on my lower back but on my shoulders and neck and
also my arm muscles.
It is wonderful and does help with the pain.
Now I have joined the group of, "I never go to bed without my bed buddy."
I tried the back one first to see how it worked and have now
ordered the large joint pain one to use on my arm muscles.
I have also gotten the answer to many of my concerns and
symptoms from reading the posts and also fibro 101.
What a help this all has been to me.

I am so happy that you found the bed buddy to work well for you. I have three of them and couldn't live without them. I got mine at walmart in the pharmacy area. I got two of them there, and a girl made one for me. I have been using them for about six or seven years now.

i also got so much info on fibro this week!!! i read that list of symptoms and it felt like i was reading something i just wrote....i used to go to medical massage therapy school....and the homemade ones (buddies) are as good if not better than the store bought ones. plus you can add dried herbs like lavender or clove to them and they smell delish!!! my personal favorite is bergomot....found in earl grey tea so i add a few bags to my tub sometimes or to a sachet in my closet. not sure if aromatherapy is your thing....but i had horrible nausea and hypersensitivity to smells, and there are actually a few that make me feel better, especially when i was preggo. keep writing to the forum....people have been so supportive here when its so hard to try and help our loved ones to understand us. now i finally understand i am not stark raving mad. ok just a wee bit crazy :)
