Hi, Khalin, and welcome! I'm so sorry that you are having so much pain. I think I'd be checked for Raynaud's also. I really don't know anything about that illnesses but maybe they have some medications that could help you.
I see that Marlee directed you to the Fibro 101 thread. There is a lot of info in that and also in back posts. Learn all you can because that will help you cope with the pain.
Moist heat is great. Hot showers or baths feel wonderful on all those muscles and joints. Also rice bags are great. There is a product called Bed Buddy here in the States and it's sold at Walgreens. If you can't find one there, try Googling Bed Buddy and see if you can order one on line. They are filled with beans, I think, and you put it in the microwave and heat it and it gives off moist heat. You also can take a tube sock, fill it 2/3's full of raw long grain white rice (not the instant kind) and tie a knot on the end. There you have a mini rice bag that can be microwaved!
On the Fibro 101 thread there is a link to great stretching exercises. There are done sitting down and they really do help. You do need to keep moving. Walking is a good exercise for fibro patients. As you move the pain should lessen because you are stretching the muscles so they aren't stiffening up on you.
Also in the fibro 101 thread is a link all about malic acid/magnesium supplements. I started these last December and they have helped me a lot with pain and fatigue. They don't work for everyone but many members have had good success with them. Read about them and see what you think.
I'm glad you joined us. We have a good group of people that have wonderful ideas to help you live a full and enjoyable life with fibromyalgia. I hope to hear more from you soon!
