I use a yoga type of meditation to help me manage my pain. . . Has anyone else tried this or has any links or other techniques of relaxation to help manage your pain??? Let us all list our different relaxation methods to help each other out, because I also notice that the pain has caused many of us some form of anxiety too, and this is a great thing to help lower all that extra tension :) If you search "free meditative sounds", you will find a lot of downloadable stuff that is wonderful!!!
