Painful Tears

Sounds like you have some blockage in your sinuses. Ouch! I know when I cry, my sinuses that don't seem to be bothering me are leaking all over the place. I hope you get to feeling beter, and nice to meet you ;)

A few years ago I was having a lot of sinus issues, my doctor at the time just kept giving me antibiotics everytime I complained about the pressure. I dont have him anymore thankfully, but I dont usually have too many sinus issues like I used to. It does seem as though my sinuses drain post nasally especially at night and I do occasionally have sinus headaches. I just know that instantly when I start crying my sinuses scream from the pressure..so maybe you are right and there is some sort of blockage. Would be nice if this is something that the Dr can actually make better lol.

You might want to try something called a nasal rinse...either a spray that has salt water that you spray into your nostrils, or a Neti Pot. I bought mine over the internet. It takes a little getting use to, really no big deal, but boy, does it work well. It thoroughly rinses your sinuses and bathes them with salt water which helps to reduce any inflammation and washes away anything that might have gone up your nose to cause any irritations. It is really, really wonderful and not expensive.
