Thank you everyone for your words of advice, and support. I know I am in overload, but I am a special education teacher in high school and in addition to my teaching I have to prepare for meetings that are quite involved about my studnets that I am responsible for, I run the meetings, so it is hard not to be prepared. This position has a lot of paperwork, it is quite ridiculous. I also have a portfolio that is due by May and it is a teaching portfolio that requires a lot of work(100 pages), so I am literally working everyday till 9:00, and all day Saturday at the library. I am type A personality so this fibro thing is quite difficult. I think a lot of us are type A personality.
I dont eat much, and I do snack on pretzels, so I wouldnt doubt it may be low sugar or something. I eat less since I was forced to stop running everyday.
I also find that I have more difficulty sleeping, more than usual and I have had a rapid heart beat. It is probably all that is on my mind.
Thanks again everyone for the advice. I will slow down in May.
Meanwhile I have to fit in some more testing. My new dr, wants me to go for a mri for chiari malformation syndrome, something with the cerebellum part of my brain being malformed, may be a lot of my symptoms. Not a good thing to have, anyway, thanks again.
