When I get nausea I eat a little something and it seems to subside. I also have a little "concoction" that I have used for myself and for my children for nausea and it helps keep you from becoming dehydrated. This has worked great for me for years. Here it is.
For Nausea
1/2 cup gingerale
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Karo Syrup (Light or Dark)
Mix and take 1 tablespoon every ten minutes for 6 doses (if needed). Then take every 20 minutes until 2-3 doses are retained and nausea stops.
I used this for my children for many years and now they make it for themselves. It tastes good, too. Actually, if this helps, you could mix it up and sip on it during the day.
Also, it is a symptom of fibro but I know it can be caused by other reasons. That's what you have to find out. But, here is a link from Fibromyalgia Symptoms that tells you all about it. Hope this helps. Let me know if it does, too!
