Sherrine - I read the Fibro 101 and you mentioned that if you begin to take these supplements that you will also need to take extra calcium. How much?

I'm 62 years old and have osteoporosis. I take two Citracal with D a day. (I think there are 630 mg. of calcium in each tablet.) If you are under 50 probably one a day would be good. I use Citracal because it's more easily absorbed.

I am on the puritan.com site. I am having a hard time finding magn and malic acid together in one pill. Or did I read it wrong and you take a pill for each?

It says Malic Acid but if you read what's in it you will see the magnesium, too.

Be sure to speak with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure there is no interaction with the things you do take. I mentioned talking to your doctor in one of my earlier posts. My doctor thought I would be wasting my money but he said it couldn't hurt me so I tried it and they helped.
