I swear I have that "Super Woman" complex going on. I get it in my head that I can do anything and start setting absurd goals for myself....my latest one? School. Now not only am I working 40+ hours a week, but I am also going to school 2 nights a week. I am still trying to get my associates degree, and I have a ways to go. On top of that school started this week, the same week that we are leaving for a retreat. So here is my schedule this week, or at least what I have set myself up for...
Monday - Work from 8-5, School from 6-8, pick hubby up at 10 from work
Tuesday - Work 8-5, School from 5:30-8:30, pick hubby up at 10 from work
Wednesday - Make promised cake and cupcakes for retreat, pack clothes, bedding, meds, supplies, etc., clean house, get birds and cat set for being gone.
Thursday - Give neighbor key to feed birds and cat, pack everything into the car, leave around 10 for a 6 hour drive
Friday - Sunday at retreat, coming home Sunday
Monday - Unpack everything, go to first physical therapy appointment (yeah, that was intelligent), school from 6-8
Oh and to top it off a friend of ours from CT is coming in to go to the retreat with us, but she is having issues with flights. She works for the airlines so she flies standby for free. Problem is all the flights into the airport that is 10 minutes from our house are booked which means we may be driving 2-3 hours each way to pick her up at a different airport tonight.
Seriously? Not sure what kind of shape I will be in by next week, but if you all don't hear from me for a little while now you know why LOL!
