One night I was laying on the bed reading a book and I felt this vibration and thought we were having an earthquake. Ran in and asked the hubby if he felt it...NO. No wonder...it was me! It got worse and one night I 'vibrated' so bad the vase on the table across the room shook. Went to ER as I thought I was having some kind of seizure issue. They ran a bunch of tests and everything came back normal. Turns out it was my muscles spasming all over my body when I relaxed. It was not a painful sensation...it felt like I was sitting on the spin cycle of a washing machine. This was about 16 years ago and it has never returned. It was either fibro and or anxiety, according to my Rheumy. But it was one of the scariest sensations I have ever had and never heard of anyone else whose body could internally shake so bad the vibrations could knock over a vase clear across the room!

Donna, I have sat down on my bed a couple of times and felt it vibrating, it nearly made me sick and it wasn't even vibrating that hard. I also thought that we were having an earthquake here in northwest Washington. Sometimes I do physically shake as well. I have know idea why that is?
