Hi All,

I am new to the forum and glad to see everyone on here! Diagonosed w/Fibro 4/2008. Over a year from being diagnosed and going through the disability nightmares. Just wanted to tell you all hello and thanks.

Hi, Renee, and welcome to our forum!  I'm so glad you found us and popped in.  We do have a great group here so I know you will like it.

 

If you haven't already, check out the Fibro 101 thread...the second thread on the forum.  There are links to good information about fibromyalgis there and you could learn a lot.  Also, read some back posts.  There is a world of information in them too.  Of course, don't hesitate to ask questions.  We are here to help you.

Ditto on the disability nightmares- it has not been a fun year.  I was diagnosed May of 08'. Thank God I have such a wonderful family, friends and "my group" here, or I don't know where I would be!

Hey there Renee! Welcome to the FaMily!
Been a fibromite for years, but kind of new to this forum -- it's so supportive and fun, too. You'll love it, I'm sure!
Disability is pain in the butt in more ways that one, but it is a necessary evil. Takes time but worth it. Keep us posted on your progress -- we care.....
