Hi Angel and welcome to the family. You will love this forum it is full of loving caring people that treats everyone with respect. I'm sorry you have so many health problems going on and in such pain. I have not tried any of the meds you are on so I don't have any experience there but I'm sure you will here from those that have. Between bad reactions to so many meds and medphobia I try to live with taking as few as possible.
Heat is great for fibro pain in any form baths, showers, hot tubs, heating pads, bed buddies and you can make your own bed buddy by putting uncooked rice in a long tube sock and tieing the end shut and putting it in the microwave for a few minutes. Even dry heat from a little heater helps my muscles. Lidocaine patches for surface pain. I use a TENS unit to interrupt the pain signals to the brain when nothing else works. We have to keep moving and stretching our muscles or the pain is even worse, I know some days this may be hard to do but just a few minutes of stretching does help. Some have had great results with malic acid/magnesium combo. Many of us have low vit D which adds to the pain and fatigue, so if you haven't had it checked you need to have it checked. Some also have low vit B12.
Read the fibro 101 thread, second on first page, it contains lots of great info and also has stretching exercises to do. Read and ask questions and we will be here to help you.
luv and hugs
Marlee
