Hi, Sick, and welcome! Well, I have had fibromyalgia for 22 years and I do not have Lyme. So, that information, at least for me, isn't accurate. I know you can have both...just like you can have fibro and lupus and other illnesses.
This has been my experience with yeast. I did a lot of reading about yeast several years ago and, of course, they made it sound like everything you have wrong with you is caused by yeast. I bought an expensive probiotic that was supposed take care of that and I took it for nearly a year and there wasn't one single change in me so I don't use that stuff anymore.
I take malic acid/magnesium supplements and they have helped me with pain and fatigue. Also, many with fibro are deficient in these vitamins and nutrients. They also can be deficient in vitamin D3. I have to take 3,500 IU of D3 a day to keep me in the low normal range.
Be sure to check out the Fibro 101 thread...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good information about fibro, including links about malic acid/magnesium supplements and how they work in your body and also about vitamin D deficiency. It may help you some.
I'm so glad you popped over to our forum. Don't hesitate to ask questions. We are here to help you! I hope to hear more from you soon.
