I read that one reason we may be more accident prone is that we stop exercising so we lose muscle strength and flexibility. It's subtle and happens over time so we don't see it happening. The smaller muscles in our body lose their strength so we have a harder time automatically adjusting our balance. Our tight muscles have the same affect.
i've read that too and i had been doing balance exercises for the past six months just so i would be more surefooted. and i STILL fell lol
the tight muscles i totally agree with. that plus the fibro fog.
