I break down every once and awhile and have wee little pity party(cry). I hate it when I do, but I think that's how I get rid of some stress and anger about
my body. Sometimes I just can't believe I'm not like I was! Can be so irritating! In about
2 yrs time I have gained 50-60lbs.
I hope your not over doing your exercising routine, maybe cut it down by 5 min or drop the intensity level by a bit. But, it is great your moving!
I have a major sweet tooth! Whenever I am down, I have a real tough time on resiting any type of treat.
I like to blame it on my grandpa for showing me that putting sugar on a nice slice of beefsteak tomato is o.k. Hee-Hee!
