Hi Kathy,
I'm sorry your symptoms have returned. I had a similar situation over the week end. I felt great so I took my daughter to a friends birthday party. The party turned out to be the longest birthday party in history. By the time I got home I was not only exhausted, but extremley nauseated. I took a hot shower, and went to bed, but was unable to sleep. my pain has eased alot, but I still can't sleep at night. I feel like as soon as I start to think I'm normal the Fibro monster comes back to remind me I'm not. I guess this is just the nature of Fibro. We will have good days followed by bad days. I am trying to learn not to take my good days for granted, and not over do it. This is hard to learn, because When I feel good I want to do all the things I miss when I'm feeling bad. I know I will have many more good days ahead, but I will have many bad ones as well, so I'm going to try to strike a healthy balance with my activities. If I find a way I will let you know. In the mean time we just have to hang in there. I will also be looking for a natural supplement to help me sleep. Good luck with your remission. I wish I could tell you why this condition is the way it is, but I can't. I just know that if we all stick together we will find ways to cope.
