I have light FMS

I am a 39 year old male. I think that I have a had a touch of chemical sensitivity and FMS for well over a decade now.
I am about to get some low dose Naltrexone. I would like to know about personal experiences relating to general stiffness and and mild pain.

Background: Back in the mid to late nineties I recall certain things. Once I got some ink from a black magic marker on my arm and it caused me to be sick for two days. At the same time, I developed an intolerance to perfumes. Bleach on my skin causes a certain low grade discomfort for a day.
Once on a temp job where I delivered parts for a forklift company, I had to quit because one day all of a sudden I got debilitating pain and went home and all I could do was lie in bed all day for about three days. I've had that similar experience four or five times since then.

In the winter, I wake up with stiffness, sometimes more sometimes less.
I tried taking my wife's wellbutrin for three days and that was great. I woke up with no stiffness. But it impairs memory recall and I can't have that as I am back in school.

I've known of LDN for a while now but just want to know what it does for people like me. I don't have full blown flare ups on a regular basis. I have low grade, light pain that is difficult to pinpoint and yet it keeps me from being able to get out and be active.

I might add that it got worse after receiving the Hep B vaccination series three years ago. It is now noticeable daily during the fall and winter.

Can I take LDN and then get off of it at some point? Or will quitting cold turkey affect me drastically?

I believe there are a few studies on the use of Naltrexone. It is a relatively new treatment for FM. I think I read something about it in FM Network, a newsletter published 4 times a year. Sorry, the fibro fog thing limits my memory on these things.
