Since I'm a 3rd shifter & I'm up right now, I figured since it's technically very early Tuesday morning I'd go ahead & get this thread started for today.
So, what was your exercise for today ?
I don't know what I'll do yet. Tuesdays are usually more of a relaxing day for me after coming off of a long weekend (Sat-Mon) working. So, I'll probably just do some yoga or something. I'll post back later today when I've been awake a bit.
