For free. I am willing to part w. this spinal 9tailbone) pain. i will deliver anywhere w/i 30,000 miles. Anyone whodoesn't want it (the spinal pain) and knows how best i can rid myself of it; well your opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank-you

Sorry Tyno I will pass, I have plenty. I broke my sacrum many years ago and the top part is sitting wrong and I now have arthritis in it so I have to be very careful not to aggravate it or I will pay dearly. I use to go to a chiropractor for adjustments and that would make it feel better when it was acting up but not since fibro, all hands off the body.

 

I hope your better soon but I don't think you will be able to give it to anyone.

Oh, boy, I had that problem once upon a time and there was nothing I could do about it.  But, it just started feeling a little better and now I don't have that problem.  I do feel for you.  That hurts!  I wish I could be of more help.

It's a little better today. Now lymph nodes under right arm hurt. Hard to win this war.

Interesting you mentioning this.  I have been having tailbone pain on and off for several weeks.  This is something new for me.  I was figuring it is from the weather conditions.  It's not horrible pain for me, just enough to be a bit nagging.  Hope you're feeling better!

If you are up for it, I heard of injections or internal chiropractic coccyx adjustments are supposed to work sometimes. I have the pain, too, but prefer to work with it than go that route. If you try the internal adjustment, let me know, please!

Thank-you all; Stargeek; no way am i letting anyone put a needle in my spine. That's so not safe, as far as my experience and stories from friends. Fortunately, my spinal pain has abated but I didn't sleep but maybe 8 hours in last three days. So, I am running on adrenalin. So much going on, lol, understatement. Thanks again. P.

I don't blame you, especially after my horrible experience with botox injections in my neck. I do not want to try the internal chiropractic adjustments, either. Due to the nature of the internal adjustments, I do not think it best to explain here. There is probably a website somewhere that explains them.

A normal chiropractor doesnt put needles in you. In fact it hurts at first but then feels better. Perhaps try it. I love my chiropractor

I too have spinal pain, disk is complete gone from L5/S1, and I have dealt with some major sciatic pain over the past six months and so bad at night that it continually awakens me. I have had the epidurals several times, over the course of many years and they have never worked for me. I will not do it ever again. What did work was a Medrol dose pack taken for just six days. I was reluctant to take steroids, but the pain was so bad, I was willing to try anything and it worked! I still have the spinal pain, but the really bad sciatic pain is gone.

Hi Smurfy, the internal adjustment does not require needles. It requires a manual adjustment of your coccyx from the rectum. Sounds unpleasant. The shots are another avenue. I do not know of anything else to try, but do not want to do either of these. :\

Ditto. I am not interested in any manual adjustments,or needles in my spine. I will see new Doc tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.

I have terrible pain in my tailbone . I have had it since I was a teen. My family doc back then stuck a finger on the inside, and said he thought the tip of my tailbone might be a bit bent the wrong way, and I have always accepted that excuse. I know that I have to watch the way I sit. It helps to not lean back when sitting. I have learned that I should either lean forward in my chair, or recline completely. Long car rides are agonizing, and any job that requires me to sit all day. I can sit for hours at a time at my computer, but it is a firm stool, and all my weight goes to the pelvic bones more to the sides than resting on the center tailbone. I think if I had a softee chair it would be worse. plus I tend to lean ove rmy keyboard, mind you I often end up with stiff back or sore neck. can never win.

have you tried a lumbar pillow? I hard that is supposed to help
