When I wake up in the morning. I am sore and stiff but feel better in the morning. As the day progresses, I feel tired and around 12:30 I am ready for a nap. I feel progressively worse until I go to bed. I also have another question. Are there any foods that I should avoid and foods that will help. Should I be taking vitamins or supplements? I am not due to see my rheumatologist until June. I have been feeling crummy the last month. Should I be making an appt sooner? Thanks,
