fibro and pregnancy

Has anyone found books or websites that talk about fibro patients and pregnancy?  My husband and I are planning for a family and I say planning because I'm afraid of pregnancy with my fibro.  All I have found is a book at amazon about fibro and sex and then a wee article in FitPregnancy about how fibro patients have 50/50 experience of more pain or even better pain relief in the first trimester.  I know when we do I'll still take it easy like I normally do, but I'm just afraid of the pain.  Has anyone's pregnancy been ok or worse in the pain department?

Hey, i've also been wondering the same thing as my fiancé and I are thinking about having our first baby but I'm worried about the effect pregnancy would have on my symptoms. I havent been officially diagnosed with FM yet but my doctor says it sounds very likely and I'm waiting on my neuro appointment. My levels of pain have increased a lot in the past few weeks and it's really getting me down. I'm on Zoloft at the moment and I'm hoping it starts to work, i've been on it for over 2 weeks now.
