Hello everyone! I was wondering if any of you in our fibro "league" have had moments where you maybe are driving home and get a zinging feeling in your gas pedal foot? It feels like an exposed wire touching my foot and then from there it spreads out and you have a hard time controling how fast you're going because your foot has a mind of it's own and is pushing down on the pedal. I get it every now and then, but mostly in winter. I was wondering if this was normal for FMS patients? I didn't find the most sensitive doctors so I wasn't given brochures and or weblinks to go to to understand my new found FMS. I'm waiting to get the Fibromyalgia for Dummies book because those pesky bills ares showing up and demanding money...again.
When I went to look at the "see inside" link on barnesandnoble.com I read thru the table of contents and found that it should be a good read on what FMS is all about
and how to deal with it. Now if I could just find the time and energy to go to the doctors again for my feet and hands arthritic-like pain then I'd be happy.
