Question

As posted in my last post I have been having some difficulties.  Last year I had an ER visit and during that visit my potassium was a bit low and I almost all the time have symptoms of low potassium, guessing my blood tests when I go to the Dr. will show if it is low.  But I am just wondering if anyone has low potassium.  Any input would be helpful.  Thanks guys!  ( I should've posted this on my last post but the fog has got me today too.)

Thanks Crazy.  I must say I do seem to do better when I am eating bananas regularly.  I am just wondering how common low potassium is.

Hi. My mother also has somewhat low potassium when she is sick too; and although she has not been diagnosed with FM she has most of the same symptoms as I do. Whatever you do don't take potassium supplements without first discussing it with your doctor, because they can be very dangerous.
