Ok, I didn't want to have to ask you guys this, but forums for this kind of thing aren't responding....I've been gluten-free for a month now, and I am more constipated than ever (and that's saying something.)
I thought it was supposed to help! Do any of you follow certain diet restrictions? I'm blue in the face because (well, the obvious reason) but also trying to figure out what's best to eat! I'm willing to eat whatever I have to (even meat, though I'd rather not.) Looking at all the Fibro books can make you crosseyed....they all have a completely different answer - of course!
The thing is, I do feel better as far as energy and dizziness and headachiness. The unselttled feeling in my gut is gone. And I'm making a real effort to eat enough fiber. But maybe I need wheatbran fiber.
Does anybody have experience in this??
