Hoping you all find time to relax each day

I relax, take a deep breath and escape reality

A dreamer, I am

letting my mind be free

 

Lost in a daydream my mind often wanders

to explore foreign lands, I could only ponder

 

Up in the Alps or sailing high seas

my daydreams are vacations for me

Thanks Karen,  I think I was a little too relaxed when I wrote that. It was after

I had taken a muscle relaxer..lol.  No doubt I'm a dreamer though, it sure beats

feeling pain!

I have started tracking my health and wellness trends with a new software called the Heart Wizard. It helps me track and monitor the positive things i do in my life to eliviate symstoms. I notice trend in my good and bad days and even see changes if I do something different to have better days.

Thank You all...now if I could only sleep and have a night dream.

MTaylor, I did check out the Heart Wizard on the web. I 'd be interested just to see what
kind of read out it would give me. My vitals are all over the place...my autoimmune
issues mess with me big time.
