In the whole wide world. ;D

Some of you may know that yesterday I brought home my new Ab Pro Circle machine.

I took it out of the box and was wore out. LOL!
So I left the pieces on the floor in the living room and was going to deal with it when I got home from work tonight.

I jokingly mentioned to a few people that maybe my brother would come by today and have it all put together when I got home.

So I get home from work and I'm saying to myself...

"be put together, be put together"

and Voila ...I open the door and it is all put together and ready to go.

And my brother even left one of his business cards laying on top, the smartie.
He puts things together for people on the side.
Such as those large wooden swings and stuff like that.

So he is Aces in my book!

At least for now. LOL!

I got on it for about 2 minutes.

I'm kinda afraid though that is gonna be rough on my shoulders and neck.

I'm gonna take it very, very slow and only do a couple minutes each night at first and slowly build up.
We'll see how it goes.

My brother has a key to my apt. He drives a truck and sometimes will come by here in between stops to rest for a bit or if he has a break since he doesn't live in town.

My he's at the top of my "A" list right now. :D

He single? Ooops did I say that out loud? He sounded too good to be true what can I say. I need a handy man. I got the garage door, cabinets, stairs, yard work, firewood and the dishwasher that needs to be fixed. It seems when you have an old house when things break they all come at ya at once. I'm so glad he was so thoughtful and loving to put it together for you though!

Nope, he's married with 3 boys. :D
He is pretty good at getting some things done if I can't do them.
But I rent so I don't have to worry about mowing and a lot of maintenance, which is wonderful.

When I first got divorced and moved into my apt.....I didn't get the dvd player, hubby got it. LOL!
But I came home from work one day and there was a Video/DVD player all hooked up and ready to go.
He had went out and bought me one.

We were the two youngest so we were/are pretty close.
Even though he's younger, he's pretty protective of me still.
Gotta love him. :D

They get on my nerves at times like any family, but I am lucky to have them.

Ok Maria, don't go crazy on the machine now. Your brother probably doesn't want to have to do cpr as well. smilewinkgrin   That was awfully nice of him to do. You must be a good sister or trust me he wouldn't have done that. Have fun and take it easy. Heather

Hiya EML,mama , Smurfy ,Okie and Kitty!!

 

I have the next bestest big brother in the whole world!He drives over 2 1/2 hours every saturday to visit me and my mom.  He even goes another 1/2 hour each way to go to my daughters house so he can spend time with my 4 grandkids and to let me see them as well.  My grandkids love thier Uncle Randy and the youngest one calls him Uncle Randy Grandpa lol.  He sounds like your brother so much(sorry he's married too smurfy lol).  Omg he has a whole list of stuff to do for me.  My hubby isnt very good at putting things together and I am too screwed up to do it.  He just recently put together a pantry cabinet for me and is going to build me cabinets over my washer and dryer.  He always makes sure I am comfortable,makes sure I rest and does a ton of stuff for my Mom so I dont have to take care of her on my own.  I just am amazed at his capasity(sp?)to love and is so giving.  His wife seems to have a problem sharing with him coming out each week(less time for him to do EVERYTHING for her and her 2 grown kids).  He says too bad this is my family and I have to help with Mom since every one else in my family accept Karen does so much and shes got health problems.  Sorry to go on but just wanted to let you know that there are still some caring and giving ppl in this world.

sounds like you have been blessed with a wonderful brother as well. :D

I know mine would give anyone that needed it the shirt off his back.
