Yesterday, after a very hard day and week, I took inventory of myself and decided it would be difficult to explain to hubby exactly how fibro feels.
I came up with the following explanation.
hat do you think?
It feels like the beginnings of a flue with aches and pains (we all know that, of course), but in addition, bones have been hollowed out and filled with lead and then the whole body has been repeatedly run over with one of those big heavy lawn rolling thingies that is filled with water (run over like when you iron - y'know, so all the spots are effectively squashed!)
Hmmm, wonder if a non fibro person could get a sense of how that might feel . . .
Today is a better day. Slept in until 9:00 and will now take my time doing what I can to get dd and dgd settled.
First order of business: move the baby swing from the middle of the kitchen so we can open the dishwasher!!!
