Sometimes it's just hard to get in gear on Mondays but we still need to get up and get moving. People with fibromyalgia and arthritis pain must keep moving or the pain only increases. Others with more injury-based pain may not be allowed to exert as much as they like. All of us, no matter what causes our pain, could use some kind and encouraging words to kindle a bit of long-desired energy in us.
Ever wish there was a magic pill or button that would bring you inspiration, enthusiasm and drive? OK, let's not get too carried away here and rupture something...
Often we receive and send emails that include words or greetings of cheer and encouragement. A few well chosen words can touch our heart and remind us that the rest of the world is out there still and that we are remembered by our friends.
So, what inspirational phrase or saying is a favorite of yours? Is there a motivational quote that has special meaning to you? What is it?
I tend to gravitate towards ones that are either straight forward or syrupy sweet.
I have a few that I especially like or maybe that's a few people whom I like for their thoughts and ideas.

“When one man, for whatever reason, has the opportunity to lead an extraordinary life, he has no right to keep it to himself.” by Jacques Cousteau
“Only a life lived for others is a life worth while.”
“If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough” both by Albert Einstein
and a couple by Winston Churchill:
“History will be kind to me for I intend to write it”
“My most brilliant achievement was my ability to be able to persuade my wife to marry me.”
and of course his most famous one...lol
“Lady Nancy Astor: Winston, if you were my husband, I'd poison your tea.
Churchill: Nancy, if I were your husband, I'd drink it.”
What quotes are favorites of yours? They don't have to be by famous people nor even have a known author. It could be something you wrote yourself. What moves you and inspires you?
