Hi, Hollywood! Welcome! Oh, I sure do know the stress you are going through. My oldest daughter was bitten in her face by a Rottweiler/Pitbull mix just a year ago last week, and had to have over 200 stitches! Thank goodness she was sent to a plastic surgeon right away. The dog nearly ripped her lip and part of her chin off and grabbed her under her eye, too. She is fine but I cried my eyes out! Now, you can barely tell that anything ever happened. So, do try to relax. Stressing isn't helping your child and it definitely isn't helping you!
Now, about your job. That is tough work for a person with fibro but you love it so I'll give you some suggestions. Try massaging your neck and the base of your skull to help keep those muscles less tight. I do that sometimes. If I feel a knot, I press on it. Yes, it hurts but it helps release the knot. I learned this from my massage therapist who helps me sooo much. Also, I use Sombra Roll On. It looks like deodorant but it helps with pain. That would be easy to keep in your pocket and when your neck starts hurting, roll a little on. It's all natural and is great for pain.

Have you checked out Fibro 101 yet? It's the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot. There is a link to some gentle stretching exercises in there that could help you. Some are for the shoulders and the neck. These could help you too.
I use some supplements and vitamins that help with pain, too, and there are links about these in Fibro 101.
I hope these ideas help you and make your job more pleasant. Let us know how you are doing because we really do care about you.
