oh PLEASE let this be the combo i need

so i'm still on the savella and i started the muscle relaxers today w/ pain killers as needed. Well I've only had to take two doses of each the pain killer and the relaxer! One dose this morning and then one right now.

I took the raleaxers and killers  apart from each other taking the relaxer first and could really feel where it was working and then the pain killer for the other pain that just would not go away. I've still had pain all day but instead of it being an 8-10 it has been about a 3 all day!!!!

I even have a chocolate bundt cake in the oven right now I dont even remember the last time I set foot in the kitchen! oh please let this be the right combo

BUT (of course there is a but) my stupid dr only gave me a weeks worth of everything. Ummm my dr's appt is oh in 12 days!!! I told her just give me something to get me through the 13th when i have my nuero apt. I swear she can't do anything right but hey for now i'll be happy.

Hi Java, hopefully when you run out you can call and let your dr. know that this is working and she will write you out scripts for a longer period of time. Im glad it is working for you.

hopegirl I'm on 50 mg of Savella in the am and again in the pm. it takes about 3-4 weeks to start working and then i'm on the generic for flexeral of 10mg supposed to be 3 times a day but so far I only have to take 2. Then Vicodin 500 for when needed. Today is day 2 and I was able to go clean my father in law's house like noramlly i do. My elbos and knees are still killing me but man i'm actually out of bed. I dont remember the last time I was out of bed in the morning. My pain is a little more this morning about a 5 but like sotired said my pain is not going to go completly away,
