supplement help!

ok I was able to get my vitamin b and magnesium yesterday (walmart didn't have malic acid) I'm just wondering at what dosage do you guys take your supplement. My vit B is 100 mg and it says take one daily. My magnesium it doesn't say how many mg's just to take 3 daily. They're both Spring valley brand. Anyways just wondering what you guys take?HELP!!!

I get my supplements at Puritan.com. They are cheaper there. That's where I get the malic acit/magnesium, too. I don't know offhand how many milligrams off hand but all the info is in Fibro 101. I know I take 5,200 IU of vitamin D3.

Hi Java...my Magnesium is Spring Valley also and it says to take three daily ...without mgs listed on the front of the bottle. If you look at the 'Supplement Facts' on the back of the label it will say 'amount per serving' and '% Daily Value'. Mine says '400 mgs per serving', which what you get in three tablelts. Mine has zinc also. I started at at one a day and worked myself up to the three tablets (400mgs) as it can cause diarrhea.

Hi Java, sorry I wasnt on the computer much yesterday, but I take the same as Donna as far as the magnesium and I believe mine is the Spring Valley also.
