Lately I'm struggling with burnout. It's taking more to keep positive and I'm
having a hard time keeping myself motivated. I find myself procrastinating to get
things done and have been using food (chocolate) to cope with pain. My fatigue
level has skyrocketed. I still manage to get daily exercise but it is not giving me my
boost of energy. Right now I feel as though my illnesses are ganging up on me and
they are winning. I'm taking one day at a time and continue to do my deep breathing
and meditation...I'm exhausted and hope this will turn around soon!!!!
