Itching.....

  Oh my goodness.... I am itching like never before. My skin is burning and I feel like I have fire ants crawling under my skin.... I have taken all the benedryl I can take, have showered twice and it just won't stop. I have had itching before but nothing like this.... lotions make it worse

Anyone have any answers or solutions.... I have been up all night, and am ready to crash but the pain or the itch is just too much..

Minnie...for the itching ask your dr for Atarax. It's a prescription drug for itching as I have dermatitis on
my feet and have to use it occasionally during the summer when they sweat so much.

Vesta....for the sciatic, NOW brand has a magnesium/Vit D/Calcium/Zinc combo that works great for it.
I've been using it for about a year now and it's helped out with the swelling I get in mine. The pain had
gotten real bad going down my right cheek, leg and winding up around the top of my foot. It might also
help with the teeth grinding. My book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" lists these as helps for the
disorder.

NM...I am taking all those things you suggested independantly...the magniusm and zinc are in one pill but I take Vit D by itself.  I can't take calcium supplements as my blood work came back too high...had parathyroid test and it was fine so I don't know what that was all about.  All I know as I have calcium deposits everywhere.  Hmmm.

Thank you everyone for your support, it's calmed down a little this morning but you know how you can just feel it right under the surface, gonna come back soon. Try to stay off the narcotic's as much as I can, taking slot of other stuff that I'm sure may have an effect.

I literally have scars on my ankles, knees and my legs from scratching the heck out of them, even a few monhs ago I thought I got some staph infection on my ankle from scratching it cause the next days afterwards it looked really nasty, but it healed with neosporin and cleaning it often. I don't know what causes me to itch so much either. But I know I'm tierd of having scabs all oer my legs, but I don't think about the damage I'm doing til it's too late when sratching with my fingernails, I seem to do it without thinking about it. I've tried diffrent things, but nothing seems to work, even oral meds like Visteril and Benadryl, but I'm still trying out new things, maybe I'll find something...

I just looked up on-line and found bone spurs and calcium deposits are mainly the same thing. To
get rid of a bone spur use comfrey tincture and DSMO in a 50/50 mix and apply topically. Then use
large doses of Vit C internally to disolve them from the inside. Using this method together gets rid of
them pretty fast. I had severe heel spurs (and you know my job) and could barely walk from them
and got rid of them with this method. Luckily, they have never come back and it's been about 3 years now.
