Good Morning Fibro Fam!!!

 

How is everyone doing today?? Where is your level of pain?

 

Me- nothing out of the ordinary to report for me I'm a solid 3 today. I'm sleepy, but its my own fault, stayed up way too long doing swagbucks and facebook. (When will I learn??)

I thought about posting on Tues. but my pain level  (on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the absolute worst) a 8!  Terrible rough night and pain everywhere all of Tues.  All I kept telling myself was:  This will pass--just wished it would be NOW!  Of course, Tues. was the day I had planned (planned did she say? lol) to go to the family history center to work on my genealogy and to go do some grocery shopping.  Silly me!

Well, today is Friday--and the flare has slooowly passed.  My level this morning is about a 3 so I'm going to try to do some grocery shopping today before we die of starvation around here.

This a/m my fibro pain is about a 2/3.  I"m tired this a/m but  I stayed up later than I knew I should have.  The hip pain from my arthritus is about a 4/5 however.  It's mid- work week so the pain will keep climbing until my Friday when I can finally rest.  It's aggravating that "resting" is what I look forward to. 

 

I hope everyone else is doing alright today.

Hopegirl,

It is Thursday September 9th. You have the 8th. I only mentioned it because you have the 7th yesterday and it threw me off. Plus I am off a day from the Holiday. I keep thinking that it is a day behind. It feels like a Wednesday. But I thought I would let you know about the date.

Not bad at all today - of course, I still have to go to the grocery and move the hoses around the yard, plus put stuff out on the porch for the VVA, so we'll see how chipper I am by tonight.

Monica, thanks for asking about my daughter. It's not painful when they put the electrodes on, it's just inconvenient and, of course, it makes her not want to be seen in public much! I will let everyone know what the results are when we find out.

I hope you and everybody is having a decent day today.

well my pain was at about a 6 this morning but it was located at the spot where they put the port in. Now it has settled down some but still hurts

Today is about a 5 for me it is this headache that is killing me, I did not bring my soft neck collar to work with me. For my headache it is almost as good as any pain relief if I get it early enough
