DISABILITY HELP WITH 98% SUCCESS RATE !!!!

I HAD WRITTEN BEFORE about FIBRO AND DISABILITY BUT ACTUALLY IT CAN BE ANY KIND OF ILLNESS WHICH PREVENTS YOU FROM WORKING.  ALTHOUGH MY CLAIM JUST OFFICIALLY openED IN JULY, I HAVE BEEN VISITING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR AWHILE.  AND NO, I HAVEN'T BEEN APPROVED YET, BUT I AM VERY OPTIMISTIC about IT BECAUSE IF THEY TAKE YOUR CASE THEY HAVE A 98% SUCCESS RATE, WHICH IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.  FORTUNATELY THEY DO MOST ALL THE LEGWORK AND PAPERWORK WHICH WOULD BE VERY HARD FOR ME TO HANDLE IN MY CONDITION.  IF YOUR FIRST CLAIM IS DENIED, WHICH MOST FIRST CLAIMS ARE, THEN THEY HANDLE ALL OF THE APPEAL PROCESS ALSO.  WHEN YOU ARE APPROVED THEN THEY WILL GET A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR LUMP SUM NOT TO EXCEED $6000.00.  TO ME, THAT IS WELL WORTH IT SINCE THEY MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF AND DONE CORRECTLY.

Is this in Canada or the U.S.?

we used one of these lawyer firms. My problem was that I had to keep calling them! I had to stay on top of them! I finally ended up writing a letter to the judge of the SS court (passed through our lawyer) I provided paperwork that we were close to losing our home, behind on all our bills. This got us a special needs movement on our court date.

Again, our law firm (which seems to be 'quite good') was taken to task inside the court room for writing this judge saying they were not prepared for such a rapid court date...........he racked her knuckles and said IF he ever had that response again from the firm, he would not cut them any slack.

We did not meet the lawyer that was in court until 5 min before going into the court room. She wanted a quick run down on info.

Thankfully the judge saw how badly my husband was and he ruled in our favor. Thank you Lord.

At the time, they were limited to about $4K in our State in 2009. I really feel like our lawyer did not earn the money. I had to stay on top of them and again they were supposed to be one of the best in our area.

This is in the U.S.  You are right about the lawyers, but there are some who require money up front and I'm just sharing my experience with this company because so far, I have been extremely please with them.  They stay on top of everything and like I was saying about the paperwork, etc., they have taken care of everything.  I haven't had to do much at all, which is so helpful because I not sure I could take all that on right now.  I am still reeling from losing my job and my house because of this debilitating illness.  Mine is very severe right now so they have really been a lifesaver for me.  They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Most of their employees have worked for SS before, so they are very familiar wih how to do all the paperwork and how to do it correctly.  So, yes, I'm sure there are other good options out there, but I just wanted to share my info with this company.  Also, since I began sharing this info last week, the response has been overwhelming and I have already had several positve feedbacks from some who called them and they accepted their case and they were very excited and said they finally are feeling positive about it instead of frustrated and stressed. So if I have only helped one person it makes it all worthwhile to me.
