Baby GIRL!!! I'm sooo ecxited!!! She was soo cute, kicking all around, grabbing her cord, waving her arms, at one point the tech used a little more pressure and she turned right toward it and looked right at us it was soooo cool! She's gonna be a feisty little thing, i can't wait! Her name is Sophie Lynn.

i'm so excited! and the daddy is too, he wanted a boy but he's very happy to get a girl, we just want a healthy and happy baby. My mom and i went shopping after the appt and got some really cute outfits. I'm now 19 weeks, almost 5 months in and i can't believe i'm almost halfway done!

Congratulations on your daughter....she's adorable already!! I love her name "Sophie Lynn"...it's very pretty.

I hope you enjoy good health for the remainder of your pregnancy, with as little pain as possible, so you can enjoy this experience.

thank you! i can't wait to see what she looks like, cause i'm white and daddy is part korean but looks mostly korean, so we shall see. lol

so far my fibro is being awesome, my joints hate me but that's normal lol, so far the only problem with my health is that i have a cold right now, but i'm taking my vitamins and drinking orange juice and resting alot, and staying out of the rain and thunder storms we've been having the last couple days lol.

Congratuations! She's beautiful!
5 months is when my girl started kicking me alot, so hopefully you'll feel her lots. Its fun!
I could push on my tummy with my son, and he'd push back!
In the ultrasound of my daughter, her arms and mouth were moving constantly............which is exactly how she was after she was born (and still is, at 23!) hahaha
I'm really happy for you!

Congratulations Akina, it is so fun with a girl because there are so many cute outfits out there for girls. I couldn't afford alot for my daughter when she was little but what I could afford I had alot of fun with. The time does go pretty fast up until about the last month then its like wow this is taking forever. Do enjoy every moment of this though because the time does fly and the next thing you know they are grown up and gone.

I don't blame you for being excited!  I wish they had this technology when I was having my family.  It has to be wonderful!  I used to poke my stomach and the babies would kick me back.  I started teasing them even before they were born!  tongue

 

My friend's daughter had a baby a few years ago and two months before, they had a "movie" made of the baby....about 20 minutes long.  You saw exactly what he looked like and he looked like that when he was born!  His little hands were flailing and he accidently poked himself in the eye and he flinched, moved his head away from his hand, and had a scowl on his face.  Hmmm.....yes, these unborn children DO feel pain before birth because I saw it with my own two eyes!  It was amazing.

 

Thanks for sharing these pictures.  Also, I love the name you two have chosen!  A beautiful name for a beautiful child.  Congratulations!

Thats so sweet and great pics! My last grandaughter was born at 21 weeks. All my grandkids have been born early all 4 of them. The last one,Kirsten was a surprize and I was amazed when she was born at only 14 ounces!! It is nice to see heathy babies and Im sure you and her daddy will have tons of love to give her. Kids are truly a gift from God. Enjoy her!!

Wow...she looks great! Congrats to you and Daddy. I love the name too, take care of you both and keep us posted. Can't wait to hear when she decides to make her debut!
