Hi! Hope everyone is having a good day. I am actually looking for a little knowledge today. Recently, A friend of mine from church ( she has been diagnosed with Fibro for 6 years) informed me she is trying something new, which seems to be helping her. It is called D-Ribose. She said it is type of sugar that she adds to her drinks several times a day. After 3 weeks she says her pain is less and her energy is getting better. I was wondering is anyone here has tried this and what results they have found.
I tried to do some research, everthing I found was written for doctors and very confusing for me. I would appreciate any info. Thank You All.
