The reason for so much Tea is that it keeps the Muscles hydrated. The more I drink the less pain with them.
I used to sleep 16-18 hours a day until I found a routine that works.
Yes any movement counts as exercise. But, a gentle walk every day keeps the weight off.
Work can be damaging to Fy sufferers
If you don't think positive you will wallow in misery until you think positive. If you got Fy then it's tough!
