Been gone a while

Hey all,

I've been gone a while.  Had a bad spell and my fingers weren't working well.  They still hurt bad but I needed to talk to peopolle who know. sorry about the spelllinnng aerrors.  the bak of my hands reallyy hurt.  fingers r stiff.  it seems to be mmore in my hands than other place/ this t;yme. i'm quittttttng while i make some kind of see=nse/

Have you ever tired one of those parafin baths for your hands? They work really well for me when my hands are "acting up". I also sleep in a pair of gloves I bought at the local pharmacy. The ends are cut out of the fingers, there is a velcro closure at the wrist and they are made of a compression material to help keep swelling down. Hope you have a much, much better day tomorrow.
