I agree with what everyone is saying here. My flares go more with stress then anything else for me. I also find that if I sit around and not get up and move that the day I "relax" I am in pain. I have decided I am going to get up and get moving and I am going to start doing yoga too. I have to get the dvd from my sister that she has. I go to the gym too but find that I avoid that in the summer months and just want to go out and walk.
I have had times like that too though where things are really good then they are really bad. I was better I admit on the Cymbalta but I didn't like what it did to my brain and the other side effects so I went off of it and now I am in pain most every day all day. It depends where usually in my legs and hips and back, but now my arms and shoulders and neck basically all over even my head hurts when I brush my hair. LOL
I am trying to figure the best otc meds to take and it is a trial and error. Right now I am just on vitamin D, vitamin B and fish oil and going to start a 5htp for mood and stress. I want to start the Nature's Code vitamins for women that come in the packets but I have to wait till payday and see if I can afford them..
