You often see these medications prescribed together but that doesn't mean that it's a good idea for many people.
I would be concerned about the numbness and tingling on your lips and tongue. Even if it's not from the medications you need to find out what's causing it. Below are side effects of the three drugs from drugs.com. They are a good, reputable site for information.
