Hi jr~
I can sure understand that lethargy part of the deal. I can stare at something that needs to be done, like picking up a toy that the grandchildren left on the floor. I will see it, walk by it, know I need to bend over and pick it up but continue to just walk on by. It's so weird! Yet on another day I can't imagine leaving it lay there and seem quite alert
. I think some of mine is from pain medications but it does make me wonder too.
This Yawning deal caught my attention. I've had it happen maybe once or twice a year. Not enough to worry about
. But if it was something happening on a daily basis I would suggest getting it checked out by your doctor. I looked around online and found some interesting information on excessive yawning. Hope this information helps. It's not meant to scare anyone nor is it a diagnosis...it's meant as information and if this is a problem then you should see your health care professional. Here's the link to one of the better sites I found.
