Melatonin is the best natural sleep aid for me. It only works for a few nights though for some reason. I take ambien normally. But sometimes I want to have a holiday from it so I will take melatonin for a few nights. But it might work well for you. There is also sleepytime tea. It gets you to sleep. Not sure if it keeps you sleeping too. It has valarien and passion fruit in it I think. I use meditation a lot to fall asleep if I need to and am restless. That is free. Which is great.

There is also something called calms forte. I haven't seen it in a long time. But my first husband use to use it.

PS I was waking up about 4:00 in the morning due to an achy hip. We got a new bed with a pillow top and now I sleep much later. Sometimes it can be something that simple. Best wishes...
