I'm at work, fortunately my job isn't physically intensive.

My whole body aches today. My hands and upper back especially, but I feel like I've been in a car accident.

I've taken 2000mg of Tylenol total so far with food.

I am afraid to take much more.

I've been moving around on my breaks, here is hoping this passes.

Tylenol takes me about 3 hours to get relief from it. Tramadol works in about 45 minutes.
Can you think of anything that might have set it off? (Oh wait, don't answer that, think about it after this bout passes) You poor thing, I really feel sorry for you. Any way you can go home? Maybe it's not Fibro, maybe you do have the flu or something.

I'm very allergic to Tramadol. It gives me hallucinations, makes me throw up, makes me so itchy I scratch until I bleed.

Maybe the Tylenol will kick in later!

I can't go home. I've missed two days already. A third day will give me a verbal warning.

I hate the economy right now...sick people are afraid to be off work, afraid to even take vacation. That stinks, I'm so sorry you can't take Tramadol. Keep in mind a verbal warning isn't worth the paper it's not written on. :)

Well the spread of tests my doctor did came back today.

I guess I have a pretty bad bladder infection (I had no idea).

She also said my thyroid is a teensy bit high at 5.2. She wants to re-do both of those tests in 2 weeks (giving me antibiotics for the infection).

I wonder if all my issues are thyroid related or if this is just a nice little "in addition to...".
