Try "Sea Bands" from Walgreens. They are bracelet (soft) type bands that have a button/bead on them that apply accupressure to your wrist that eliminates nausea without drugs.

good reminder! I used them when pregnant. Another idea is sucking (not chewing - owie! hot!) on candied ginger.

I swear by Dramamine- it not only takes care of my nausea but relaxes my muscles!

Does dramamine make you sleepy? I will try the sea bands...I have nausea alot from meds...thanks ladies
