Doctors can be a real pain to find a good one!
But the sleep study could have been a response to any fatigue you are feeling. I have had a few sleep studies and was found to have a type of sleep apnea. I use an oral appliance at night to keep my airwaves open. It helps a bit, but I still have fatigue. My new fibro doc has me on a lot of herbs and supplements at night to help me sleep better. So the combo of all of that is helping.
I knew though that I had some sleep problems because sometimes if felt like my brain was on all night, that I had one foot in sleep and the other in awake land. That I was aware of all my thoughts and dreams and basically asleep and awake at the same time. If any of that makes sense.
But the tylenol for fibro pain is ridiculous, asprin, ibuprofin, tylenon, none of those help fibro pain. I was on gabepentin for a while it cut the edge of the pain and I didn't have any side affects. That was an Rx by a Rhemotologist.
