For sleep my doc has me on a mix of Rx suppliments and herbs:
Clonzapin, small dose
"Revitalize Sleep Formula" 4 capsules (it's a mix of herbs, really works well)
Magnesium
Vit D
5 HTP- 2 capsules
Melatonin - 1 capsule
Ideally I take them all at 9 pm and asleep by 10 pm.
Once I tried cutting back on the revitalize sleep formula, and I cut it down to two capsules, and within a couple of weeks I was a blubbering idiot. I went back up to 4 and was much better in a couple of days.
