Hoping you get answers, Rachel! I know it is frustrating when you are hurting...try to find some ways to distract the pain. Soaking in a nice warm bath helps with the pain. When I feel my muscles tensing up, I take time to do some gentle stretching. This colder weather brings on more pain for alot of us.
