swelling in hands

hi everyone.I was diagnosed with cfs and fibro about 4 years ago.Now theyre thinkin lupus maybe ana is posistive.But was wondering if any of you guys get alot of swelling in your joints.I get it so quikly that I can feel it like I have a pump on me er somethin.Im not really into salt,I used to be a trainer so I really watch what Im doin.But the swelling thing...any takers?

hello luv!I was negative for atheritis(thats doesnt look right)anyway,I have so much in my knee from an injury they wouldnt operate(had a tear).But my sister has lupus ,Ive had lesions,rash,hair loss,you name it.My ana has always been positive ,so they put me on plaquenil.I was told you dont swell with fibro,and theres no rash.

I find it does help with pain.Its not as bad,but when I flare-Im out of commission!Just had a bad bout.Sinus infection with 2 weeks strong antibiotics...then I was so weak I didnt do anything for 5 days.I too have low grade temp..so when its 98.5,Im high.I also have hashimotos,vit d defieciency(and spelling problems!)b12 shots bi-weekly..yeah I know what you mean by the genes.Plaquenil does make you somewhat sick to your stomach sometimes.I find I get confused...I am on a small disability..I couldnt work,I get very weak anemic,and totally screwed up.Had to quit a job of 9 years.Do you work?
