I posted a few weeks back that I was going to try some Ganoderma coffee. I had read in a medical article that several people stated it had helped them with many different conditions, including firbromyalgia. Hey, it was worth a shot right?
Well, just a little feedback. I went online and ordered a small box and tried it. Just one cup a day and I could tell within 3 days that it actually did help. I mean, as far as my stamina goes. I drink a cup in the morning and it sort of relaxes me. Then in about an hour I start to feel like doing things ... things that normally I wouldn't have the stamina to do or just didn't feel like it.
It doesn't give me jitters and it doesn't make me hyper. It is extracted from a red mushroom so it is natural. Anyway, thought I would pass on this bit of feedback in case anyone else would like to try it. No gurantees, but for me it seems to work.
